About

Buying decisions deserve evidence.

Hi, I’m Joseph. I started Currensci because buying something shouldn’t mean opening twenty tabs, decoding marketing claims and still wondering whether you’re paying for things you don’t actually need.

Currensci is building evidence-first product intelligence, starting with UK washing machines. One question sits underneath all of it: what does a product actually do, and does that match what a person needs?

The underlying method is called Pound for Pound. It treats requirements as the starting point, holds technical evidence to a standard, and refuses to turn missing evidence into a confident answer. Where a fact is unknown, it stays unknown.

We are in early access. Exact model search is live for UK washing machines. Personalised comparisons, current money and recommendations remain closed until they can be published to that standard.

Independence

Commercial relationships never affect a product’s assessment. How Currensci makes money.
